Service TermsThese terms apply to the $299 Restaurant Profit Leak Audit provided by Justus Hospitality / Michael Justus.
1. SERVICE
Justus Hospitality will review the restaurant operating and financial reports provided by the client and deliver a first-pass operational performance review identifying notable cost exposure, profit leaks, trends, and areas that warrant further investigation.
The review is based only on the information supplied by the client. Typical source materials may include P&L statements, POS sales reports, labor reports, food and beverage cost information, and reports covering comps, voids, and discounts.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The fee is $299, paid in full before work begins through the approved Justus Hospitality Stripe payment link.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and readable information reasonably needed for the review. The quality and completeness of the analysis depend on the information supplied.
If required information is missing or unclear, Justus Hospitality may request additional information before completing the review.
4. DELIVERABLE
The client will receive a written first-pass operational performance review summarizing key findings, areas of cost exposure or value at risk, priorities, and practical next steps supported by the supplied information.
This service is an analytical review. It does not include ongoing bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, auditing, legal services, implementation, or continuing management unless separately agreed in writing.
5. ESTIMATES AND RESULTS
Any dollar amounts, benchmarks, opportunities, cost exposure, or potential savings identified in the review are estimates based on the information provided. They are not guarantees of savings, increased profit, or any other business result.
The client remains responsible for investigating findings, deciding what actions to take, and implementing any changes.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA
Justus Hospitality will treat non-public financial, operational, employee, vendor, and business information supplied for the review as confidential and will not publicly share client-specific information without permission.
7. OWNERSHIP AND USE
After payment, the client may use the completed review internally for its business operations. Justus Hospitality retains ownership of its general methods, frameworks, templates, and non-client-specific processes.
8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Because this is a custom analytical service, payment becomes non-refundable once substantive review of the client's materials has begun. If Justus Hospitality cannot perform the service, the client will receive a refund of the amount paid for the unperformed service.
9. PROFESSIONAL SCOPE
Justus Hospitality provides operational analysis and consulting. The Restaurant Profit Leak Audit is not accounting, tax, audit, legal, investment, or other licensed professional advice. The client should consult the appropriate licensed professional when those services are required.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing the Restaurant Profit Leak Audit and submitting materials for review, the client confirms that they have authority to provide those materials and agrees to these Service Terms.
